Ramadhan is Here!

Our family has been homeschooling on the road this Summer. We were able to visit family & friends in Washington DC & friends in Pittsburgh, PA. We also spent some time relaxing at the beach in Chicago, IL of all places and we just got back from Dallas, TX last night.

Although, the kids had a week off of schooling in Dallas, I was busy coming up with a Ramadhan schedule so that our Ramadhan will be filled with Learning, Reflection, FUN, and Fasting.  Part of the fun that I was planning has been a Ramadhan Tradition in our family for 7 years. I am excited to share the tradition and my first Free Download with you all. The game is called Pin the Muezzin on the Minaret, I created it for my kids based off one of my favorite childhood games Pin the Tail on the Donkey.

I painted the backdrop of the game while in Dallas and had it laminated at Lakeshore Learning Store. I've tried several versions over the years, some on poster board others on tag board. Insha'Allah, this version will last longer than the others.

The Muezzin has been the same man from the beginning, but this is the first time I made him into a printable version. You can download the Muezzin sheet here for Free!  If you make and play this game, please post on how it turns out. Have Fun and have a Blessed Ramadhan!
